• We guarantee that all items shipped will be first-quality, non-defective and substantially the same as the example pictured.
• To pack every single order, we use strong boxes with internal protection to guarantee safety through shipping process.
• All our products are shipped and delivered by well known companies across the UK such as DHL, FedEx, and Royal mail.
• To offer more affordable prices and bypass the middleman, we occasionally ship certain products directly from our partner factories outside UK.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Typically, most orders are delivered within a transit period of 3 to 5 business days.

You can also get the latest status on your shipment by visiting our order tracking  page at any time.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please email us here contact@luxevill.co.

The shipping time are calculated by using business days and delays maybe caused by force major, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors out of our control.

CHANGES ON ORDERS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 Hour of placing your order at contact@luxevill.co, since our order system is automated.

PLEASE NOTE :

1. We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly email us at contact@luxevill.co as soon as possible.
2. At times, we use direct shipment of orders from our affiliated manufacturing partners situated in China.
